Happily ... the variety of foods I eat since I started this "weight loss journey" has increased from what it was before. This "journey" has prompted me to investigate what the grocery stores have to offer in the way of low-cal foods, and I've been pleasantly surprised at the large variety of choices available.
I don't think I'd want to stick with one food forever ... but there is one food I have eaten just about every day since I started and that's a certain type of yogurt.0 -
