I'm on Clarithromycin 500mg twice per day and the naproxen is twice per day also (both every 12 hours). Havent been able to exercise at all for a week now. I wasn't even able to drink or eat for 2 days last week :neutral_face: Just hoping it hasn't caused a weight gain, I was doing so well! Thank you xx

Hi, I am prescribed the same meds. Cant say ive noticed a change in weight to be honest. I was taking them for a number of years and have had to recently went back on them. My mum also takes them and has not had any weight related side effects. Feel free to pm me xx

I find it extremely sad that people tend to go off on one and be rude on the forums. Did your parents not teach you anything? If you don't have anything nice or helpful to say then don't bother :smile:

You seriously need top mind your own business! How rude can you be! If you see my recent post it was to show people to stick with what your doing as the results will show! Hence ive lost 8lbs

I think it may have been another user, sorry I was only trying to help. I understand your worries over putting weight on if you change to eating regular meals per day rather than shakes/meal replacement/juices as many of my clients do. Eating juiced drinks made by yourself is really good although you do have to think long…

Unsure why I have been reported as spam?!?! I am currently following MFP and have never mentioned Cambridge diet until someone has asked for information and has voiced there worries over eating again?

I make a chicken stir fry with rice noodles, takes about 20 mins to make and is enough for 4 meals. I bring a little container into work heat it up :smile: keeps me on track xx

I'm on page 3 making a list of everyone who wants to be apart of it :smiley: finding it very difficult to try and make a list and keep it up to date I will post list later on and will have to ask for everyone to update me with there weightloss so I can update the records :-) xx

2 weeks ago I was struggling with 3km, now going into week 3 I am managing 6.5km road running. Keep at it, even on days I struggle I walk for a minute then carry on :smile: Best of luck xx

God help me that week then :-( I will see how I get on ive been reading up on calorie deficit so will continue with what I am doing but try and eat some of my exercise calories back Thanks for your help and advice
