I just started WW last week. So far, so good. The new point system uses calories, saturated fats, sugar and protein in determining point values. Most fruits & vegetables are 0 points. I find myself making healthier choices and eating less crap.

I have been having this issue recently, mostly my feet and some leg involvement. I tried upping my water & taking a magnesium supplement. Still had the cramps. Zumba. It can be low or high impact, you decide. I go to a class but you can get videos or check it out on You Tube.

Cup of Chili & salad, any salad with dressing on the side, turkey or pulled pork platter with baked potato & vegetable or no potato & double order of veggies. I think this menu has lots of choices. A grilled chicken salad is always my fallback item when I can't find anything else.
