Its not bad to eat late, and there have been some tests tot hat effect. as CA above so clearly mentioned. If your having hard time waiting. You may have to maybe have a snack before hand. I work out right after work and the family doesn't sit down until 7 or later. We all know we will need something to tide us over.

Toss the scale. Smash it. We still need a measure of success for you. Are you taping yourself and keeping a food diary? You can achieve fantastic results. I wish you the best!

I have eaten lots of healthy Mexican and latin dishes ( PR) DOM, (COL) Cuban. If I had to replicate them I would need to Google it, as over the years I losts touch with those folks. Tasty foods! I'm gonna google it for tonight. ::0
