I'm Looking at loosing over 100 lbs. I came out the Army at 199, went in at 203. Age: 50 SW: 305 lbs (been bouncing around this last year. ) CW: 293 lbs GW: 190 lbs I'll add encouragement, send a friend request, if you wish.

If for the most part you are at least hitting 1200-1500 Cals. ( like 5-6 days) I wouldn't worry about a day here and there under. If you are consistently below that. You may want to share your diary with some folks who will hold you accountable to good choices. ~ Make good choices :)
