I did some cardio on the elliptical in the morning and then did legs at the gym. I was able to squat 180x1 a little easier this time and I'm hoping I'll be able to add more weight next leg day!

I worked out on the elliptical (easy pace) for about an hour this morning. When I go to the gym later, I'm going to work on back. Deadlifts, barbell rows, lat pull downs, and more rows :D

Omelette with bacon, scallions, cilantro, bell pepper, avocado, mozzarella and lime juice. It's so good!!
