I did some cardio on the elliptical in the morning and then did legs at the gym. I was able to squat 180x1 a little easier this time and I'm hoping I'll be able to add more weight next leg day!0

I'mreally ttrying to get back in the gym so I did 20 minutes interval training on the treadmill and 10 minutes of the stair elliptical. 3 sets of wright's on my legs and core and planking for 2:30!!!0

I did intensive house cleaning for 3 hours, followed by yard work for 5 hours that included shoveling river rocks into a wheelbarrow, moving wheelbarrow into back yard, pouring rocks out, arranging rocks and repeating. I moved about half of the 5 tons of rock that was delivered last week. I'm exhausted in a good way and my yard is coming along.0
