    Tonight is my day 37 of Insanity, so I will be doing Max Interval Plyo. Have just started month 2 so it is all new workouts. Last night was a killer, looking forward to more fun tonight!

    Hey, that was my workout yesterday! :bigsmile: Today is C25K. I'm going to back down to week 3. I felt like I was gonna hyperventilate trying to run for 5 straight minutes. I guess my lungs aren't back to normal like I thought.

    I hear ya. I can run for 5 slowww. Not sure if that counts or not..:)

    Yesterday was BB Build Shoulders.. Today is a rest day...only cooking involved!

    30mins stationary bike and 30mins incline treadmill walk. Plus about 50 squats and 50 jumping jacks thrown in making a 400cal burn in total. It was a very good day

    Friday was leg day, but I skipped it because of my 5K on Saturday. I was driving most of the day Friday, but I did walk for about 3 hours at the aquarium. Yesterday was going to be my make-up leg day, but it was 11 pm when I got home, and I wasn't about to try. Today is chest/shoulders/triceps, and probably shoveling.

    today was a cardio kickbox workout from fitness blender and 30mins incline walk on treadmill followed by 50 squats and 30 jumping jacks. Tomorow should be a rest day but im already itching to workout so I might just do 30mins stationary bike in the morning

    Various AB exercises for 5 minutes (30 intervals)

    Ran/walked 1 Mile.
