    I did some cardio on the elliptical in the morning and then did legs at the gym. I was able to squat 180x1 a little easier this time and I'm hoping I'll be able to add more weight next leg day!

  • I'mreally ttrying to get back in the gym so I did 20 minutes interval training on the treadmill and 10 minutes of the stair elliptical. 3 sets of wright's on my legs and core and planking for 2:30!!! B)

    2 different 2 mile walks 1 hour apart. So 4 mile walk.

    Today is my 1000 rep workout day
    100 body squats
    100 pushups
    100 ab roller
    100 side lat raises
    100 chinups
    100 box jumps
    100 dips
    100 plate curls
    100 lunges
    100 kettlebell swings

    Finished in 80 minutes.

    I did intensive house cleaning for 3 hours, followed by yard work for 5 hours that included shoveling river rocks into a wheelbarrow, moving wheelbarrow into back yard, pouring rocks out, arranging rocks and repeating. I moved about half of the 5 tons of rock that was delivered last week. I'm exhausted in a good way and my yard is coming along.
