Sunday 01 March -- 40.22 km (approx 2 hours ... maybe slightly more) with 227 metres of climbing.

On my touring bicycle outside in a rural area not far from Hobart.

    High temp: 17.7C
Wind gusting to 52 km/h (that presented a bit of a challenge)
Just a touch of drizzle at the beginning

Deload squats, lunges, and 5 whole minutes of cardio while eating hard candies. I'd say it was a successful workout.

Today was Hot Yoga (walked to and from but was probably only a 15 walk each way) then thought 'hey, I'm already in workout gear why not just hop on the treadmill and go for a run' (was feeling a bit guilty for being so lazy earlier in the day). So I went and did a 35 min run on the treadmill. My body hates me right now haha.
