today was Max Cardio Conditioning (insanity month 2)
about to go to some yard work, may or may not log it
Yay! I did Insanity last summer and lost 8lbs... It was a killer but I loved the results and energy plus the positive compliments and encouragement from ppl were a wonderful pat on the back. Keep going!!0 -
10min warm-up on elliptical,
Chest and triceps,
50min elliptical,
And 1 hr treadmill walking 0% incline/3.8 speed.
I had coconut water during elliptical to hydrate, and an almond granola bar during treadmill ... Small breakfast before gym.0 -
I did a kettlebell seminar with Donica Storino. Three and a half hours of learning technique and working on our technique. Ten minute long cycle of swings, jerks and snatches. Ending with 50 jump squats, 100 burpees (with pushup) and 200 abs. I had to break up the burpees with the abs. My poor legs!0

Fatbike ride in 6 inches of snow! 8 miles in 90 minutes. One heck of a cardio workout!!!0

Ran around the track for 3 minutes (to compare against treadmill)
