Ran 4 miles this morning.0

Cycled to work and back (prob about 30 mins) and then went for a 5.2 mle run when I got home0

It's elliptical and 30DS day here.0

Ran 5 miles, walked one and came home and pulled weeds for 30 min.
Pretty sure the weeding was way harder than the running!!0 -
I spent 5 hours at the local food bank unloading boxes and stocking their shelves

Lifting weights on my own -shoulder rehab - 45 min

I JUST did 22 minutes of Kettlebells. AND today was suppose to be my "off day" from exercising, but I got motivated LOL.1

I did day 2 of c25k and then I went to the gym and spent about 50 minutes in terr usuong the treadmill and the exercise bike.0

I SUPed (stand-up paddleboarding) on the lagoon today for an hour. It's primarily a core and upper body strength workout, but today I really hauled patootie bc my parents were slow-poking trying a kayak and I kept going back and forth to make sure they were ok.
Raced my brother a bit too so I'm sure I burned more than the usual 250 cals, but didn't have an HRM on.0 -
