I'm thinking of switching from Fitbit too - I have a pretty new charge 4 and it's constantly disconnecting from bluetooth on my iphone. I have to reconnect it multiple times a day. I'm thinking about the new apple watch and hoping that it has good integration with myfitnesspal.

I’m using it and like it as a way to check in to my weight loss goals every day. The coach seems like a combo of a chatbot and a real person, but I’ve convinced myself that someone is checking up on me, and that helps me. I also feel like if I’m paying for it, I’d better use it, so that’s accountability for me too.

Roasted romaine salad - cut romaine hearts in half and roast them cut side down for 7 minutes or so in a 400 degree oven, until they start to brown on the edges of the leaves. Flip them over on each plate and drizzle with a vinaigrette and goat cheese crumble or Caesar and grated Parmesan.
