Thank u all. I'm going to the gym soon to run a few tests and compare results . I naturally have a very small frame so I personally don't like it if I go over 47kg (im 160cm tall) from which point i start dieting but going below 45kg (44.2kg without clothes on) and having that scary & stupid first reading of body fat…

Oh also for my first reading the trainer made an error of not changing the default setting to female hence I was measured as a male, dunno if this accounts for such disparity though..

I'll find out the name for the machine tomorrow. It was a standing one like a scale with long sticks attached and I had to hold them sticks while my bmi etc were being measured. I weigh about 1.5 kg less than my profile pictures now. I am 22.8 inch around the waist and I was about 23.2 inch when the photos were taken.

I'm still going to get the blood test done though. And get body fat measured again Before workout tomorrow and After my HIIT as well to compare the result.

Man.. I'm confused now. I got my bmi & body fat measured again today as I was too concerned about the low body fat %. BMI was 17.5% and body fat was 14.7%. I asked the pt trainer why such disparity. His answer was it's best to do the test BEFORE workout for best accuracy which I did today. He said 14.7% is very low but not…

Thank u. Yep I'm trying to up my calories as well to about 1800 but am scared to slow down on my exercise which I find to be a little too intense and exhausting from time to time...

Thank you for all your replies. I find that today I didn't feel too hungry even after a strenuous HIIT workout. I feel that I am on my way to losing weight again for about a week before I stop losing again. We will see.

With the amount of exercise I do and being very active at home chasing after a toddler, I eat anywhere between 1500 and 1800 calories a day. I am thinking maybe I would need to cut down on calories a little for me to lose the last stubborn 2kg and start maintaining the weight. I currently weigh 46.8kg and am 159cm tall. It…

Thank U sexystef. One thing I find with IIFYM though is that it doesn't really take into consideration the intensity of my daily exercise. (mostly everyday, 1 hour strenuous HIIT, average heart rate 150 or over for 40 minutes or over plus weight lifting 3 times a week). Having said that I have had no luck in losing weight…

Thanks so much ana3067. That clears up many things for me. I found Health-calc to be lil too high and iifym to be too low. I think I'll personally go with Scooby and add 50 to TDEE. (Scooby gave me 1850. I'll add 50 to it giving me 1900)

Thank u guys especially MKEgal and Ana for such detailed advice. Will definitely focus more on overall weight lifting n muscle building from now on. And if I end up losing a bit of weight in the process that's a bonus..

Thank u so much for all your useful advice guys, really appreciate it! I'm going to focus more on weight training now. Currently I'm working my back & abdomen. I don't do any legs/thighs though as they r pretty muscular from yrs of cycling and interval running. But I still want to lose a bit more. 45kg then I will be very…

Thank u for your advice guys..yeah I know im on the verge of being underweight which I font mibd but. To get down to 45kg at least and 17% body fat should I be eating less? Because honestly I dont think I can go any harder in terms of exercise/cardio. Eg yesterday I ran on treadmill for an hour. First 15 minutes I ran at…
