Kathy, I usually weigh my self in the buff right after I get up and go the restroom, so that I have an empty bladder. I have found that it works the best for me. It could totally be water weight. Have you thought about just going to the drug store and buying the over the counter water pill. I usually take one once to two times a week. Thanks, I was eating that last few weeks 1230, and I was doing pretty good, I was still thinking it was kinda low but there are some days that I don't get that hungry at all. So I guess I might just still hang on to what I have with 1230. thanks :bigsmile:

I was so happy when I got up this moring and got on the scale and saw that I lost my total right now of 10 nasty pounds gone for good. I was so freaking happy I couldn't believe it. When I do cook for the family I will eat the same thing as them I might add a extra veg or a salad to what we are eating and i will eat just a smaller portion than anyone else. It helps to know that I don't have to cook something different for me and I am not giving up my favorite things either.
