I do them as a part of the group workout at the gym in front of at least 15 people. Never thought of it as being embarrassing. :) Although our trainer refers to them as "bunny humps"... Lol :D

I completely agree. I have seen so many people here that come in with that mindset and then disappear after one month because it becomes too much for them. In this case it's slow and steady that wins the race. However different things work for different people, so this might work for some.
