I did yesterday and it was about 1356 steps, with yesterday's 11 floors. One of our floors (only one flight) at work has 44 steps, and Fitbit counted that as one which was quite interesting.

According to my fitbit I have climbed 8 floors on Monday and 28 on Tuesday. I live in a building with no elevator and at my workplace the only reason for using the elevator is if you broke your leg. Can someone help me converting that to steps?

@KatKat1209 Ouch, that sounds painful! Are we supposed to walk/jog those 13.1 miles at once, or can it be divided? I thought I saw no partials, but just want to make sure I didn't misunderstand that. I have no idea what I will make with beans, maybe some kind of bean sallad.

@Meowler Thank you for sharing the playlist. I will definitely try the workout for better posture. I was looking for a good stretch routine for shoulders. I had a slow day today when it came to workout. Too much to do at home, so I only had the time to do my usual routine stationary bike/stretching before my 4 yo woke up.

I put in my minutes for today, and points for Zumba and water challenge. My 4 yo daughter did the two last Zumba videos with me and she liked it so we did 3 more just for fun. :D

I don't think they sell those in Sweden. I don't like chips otherwise but there is something special with the Pringles. 30 g is 152 calories and I always log first the amount that fits into my daily calories and then weigh it. I put in 60 minutes I did so far. I still have 2 zumba videos left to suffer through :bigsmile: Tomorrow is a day off in Sweden due to celebration of Midsummer so I will have some extra time to work out. :)
