Abs start in the kitchen, and weight loss is 80% what you put into your mouth. There is no real way to target belly fat alone, doing a good mixture of lifting and cardio + time will get you results.

Now that I eat clean foods (90/10 ratio of good to bad), I have noticed that I enjoy the cleaner foods better...I even make healthy options at home of treats I enjoyed when I didn't eat clean.
