I apologise for being so poor at jesting about baking soda. Also, I'm pretty sure if I ingest too much of anything, it will kill me, but thanks for the advice.

Now that we've all established that you'd need to eat mountain loads of rice for an extended period of time before the arsenic levels can do you any harm, I think we should divert our attention to the toxicity that is baking soda. Sodium bicarbonate? More like So long bye it's too late.

OP, I honestly think that such a restrictive diet plan is not sustainable. What are your current stats?

A slice of carrot cake with nuts & cream cheese frosting + a slice of NY cheesecake... right after an upsized Big Mac meal + 6 McNuggets + McFlurry. I ate this for dinner every other day. I'm genuinely surprised I never went over 148 pounds.

Thank you so much! Love this, OP! And JUDDD = Johnson Up Day Down Day Diet.

The nutrients in all types of plain oatmeal - steel cut, rolled oats, instant oatmeal, et cetera are the same. And you're right. Steel cut usually takes the longest to cook. Many people prefer steel cut, because it's been "processed the least", and apparently has a lower GI than instant oatmeal. For me, I find that all…

I totally agree! I've always been a firm believer of eating all things in moderation. I used to make potato and pasta salads for social gatherings when I was younger, thinking I was contributing a "healthy" alternative to the pot luck, but a lot of people who were carb conscious told me that just because it's called a…

Agreed. I personally enjoy having few, bigger meals as opposed to smaller ones. It's also helped me in the past with portion control. I've been IF-ing for around 2 months. I do at least 20:4 daily, and I throw in a couple of 48-hour fasts after huge social gatherings on weekends when they occur, because I'd rather get that…

I've tried all four. They all taste very chemical-y, except for the brownie one. It's the only one that tastes decent, but it isn't anything to rave about either. I'd rather stick to their 60% dark truffles.

Accidentally. Right. That's what they all say. :) But hey. Look at it this way. At least a Snickers tastes nice, most of the time. Your hand could've slipped, and you could've bought a bottle of baking soda instead. Oh, the horror!

I'm still an idiot at 25, but at 21, I got blamed a lot less, because I was a relatively young adult, "still finding my path and purpose in this world". So yeah. I wish I was 21 again. :)

Ugh. All you guys have such amazeballs treats readily available where you are. I need to save up, open my own company, and start being the sole distributor of imported goodies to Singapore. BRB. Going to set up #HelpBellaBeSwella2015 fund.

So true! Nowadays, I only order a salad if I can ask for the dressing and toppings to be put on the side. Ignorance is bliss, and I wish I never found out, growing up, that a potato/pasta salad is actually more starchy carbs than vegetables. :'(
