  • What you are saying makes sense. I cycle and use the rollers, being that winter is here, and rarely get on the roads. It is hard for my psyche to get motivated enough to ride.   • Perhaps, I am not being clear in my question. I am not referring to a "FOOD" scale. My question is what type of scale do people use to weight themselves with. For example if I want to know if I weigh 300 pounds, what type of scale would people use?
