Good for you! You totally got this. I don't know where you live, but Fall is a nice time of year to run because the weather is getting cooler. Stick with it and like others have said, find a group you feel comfortable with and lean on them for motivation.

Hey Everyone! I will be 43 next weekend. I've worked out on and off for most of my life and never had any problems loosing weight. That is until I had a baby a month before turning 41. Now, I feel like everything I put in my mouth adds a pound. Would love to have some buddies to stay motivated :-)

Are you saying that your Fitbit calorie adjustment is wrong? I walked for 45 minutes on lunch and I seem to be only getting 25 calories burned. I'm not sure what the issue is.
