until I finally realized that if i don't do it now then i am never going to do it.....that was my light bulb moment for me anyway and 43 pounds down later I couldn't be happier!!

Im 5ft 7 and weight in at 160lb! My start weight was 200lb and my goal is 140 :) I am currently a uk12 but would love to be a toned 10 so thats my next milestone!!

Thanks for the replies! :) I don't measure all my food to be completely honest but I would generally be very good with weighing things so I couldn't imagine my calories are too far off but your right I should probably be more careful with items that I take as a given! Yeah I could try have smaller portions and see if that…
