  • My goal is to drop 8 lbs this month. I am using the alternate day fasting and that seems to be working so far.
  • I too log every day... 500 calories on fasting days and then I also watch the calories on feasting days... seems to work well but I did miss a fast day and gained 2 pounds on the scale... eeek! I do exercise 5 to 6 days a week... keeping motivated is sometimes so hard...
  • Start weight this month 141 Goal weight this month 130 Target goal weight 120 Jan loss 2.4 Feb loss 1.2 Started a new diet that I like and seems to work well. Alternate Day Fasting... Exercising 5 to 6 days a week. Hoping for a great month!
