I feel like I fell off the walking wagon. ;) I really didn't I just haven't logged on in a while. It is great to see how well you all are doing and that you are not giving up or in. My goal this month is 50. With vacation at the end of the month I'm gonna have to really push it. Happy walking.

I liked the November one she did too, although I didn't make all the miles for it.I look on youtube to see if they are there or just use a video I have that is the same distance. Wishing you great walking this month.

I'm following the 21 day challenge as well! I like that Leslie encouraged people to walk anywhere they could, not just her videos. (even though that is what I use most often). I'm setting my goal at 50 but I have a feeling the challenge may cover that many miles. :) 5/50

I have been out of commission for several days. Glad to see everyone is still walk, walk, walking! I agree with Zichab on the Just Walk Walk of the Pounds 3 miles. Wow, you are all doing great. I've been using the Ultimate 5 day walk plan dvd and enjoying it. I'm at 23/50 and looking forward to getting the new Walking Off the Pounds 3 mile dvd on Tuesday. I'll get back to the 4 really big miles next month (maybe).

Well, I'm walking short of my goal but I'm not giving up just yet. I ended the week with 21/60. This week is off to a great start. I started using my Walk Slim Fast and Firm 4 really big miles again. I've never made it all the way through, maybe this week.

I've been using the Burn 30, the Ultimate 5 day plan (becoming my favorite), and the Power Mile. Plus a little chair toning at the senior center (that has been fun). 11/60 so far.

I missed you all last month, lots of time on the road. I'm going for 60 miles this month, that's more than I have ever set for a goal. I have to kick it up a notch to get this weight off. 2/60 Burn 30 dvd

No quite on task for my goal this month but I feel great! 32/40

Lots of good walking this week. I even went on a moderate hike for 60 minutes, thank goodness for a little bit of cloud cover and a quick flowing river next to the path. One year ago I would never have been able to hike that far but thanks to Leslie's fitness walking I did it!! 16/40

I did the Walk off Fat Fast dvd this morning. I missed my goal last month so I'm shooting for 40 for July. 9 down so far.

June is off to a great start! I just need to get in more outdoor miles while the weather is beautiful. I didn't reach my goal this month, 37/40. I knew it would be close. Way to go PinkyPan1 on completing a 5K! texasgardnr, you do have to take care of yourself too.

It is so great to see everyone staying and getting fit. I'm loving the Ultimate 5 Day Walk plan. So far I'm at 16/40 miles for May. I even brought a couple of dvds on vacation. :)

Not lame! That's what I did all week long and I feel so much better than before I started. I'm really enjoying my new dvds and getting outside a little. Finished off this month with the Just Walk Fat Burn 30 minute walk. Made my goal 55/55!

I can't believe you are still getting snow Zichab! I was outside in shorts yesterday. I got the Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan this week and I'm loving it. 47/55 Keep walking strong everyone.

So far this month 27/55. I think I'm back on track this week. I'm liking the Walk Off Fat video and the gracious ladies at our Senior Center let me join them for the one mile Power Walk. One gal is 92 years old and she credits her good health and movement to walking almost every day.

I'm gonna have to kick it into gear for the next couple of weeks to reach my goal. Right now I'm at 15/55. I have been mixing it up quite a bit and rediscovered the Walk Slim 4 really big miles. I have yet to do all 4 at once but I'm getting there. Happy walking!

Well, I'm finishing the month with 58.5/50. :D Thanks for the tips zichab, I just started eating some protein shortly after a workout and it seems to be helping. You are all a fabulous bunch of encouraging walkers.
