I'm trying to loose enough weight to be a size 6 and look good at that size at my age. If I'd wear a bathing suit now for sure a size 8. I'm trying for a size 6. But I'm petite with a small frame. My perfect size is a 4 but not reasonable at my age so I have to do a 6 now.

I confess I'm too thrifty which embarrasses my husband. I cut/highlight/color my own hair, buy discounted clothes and $20 for anything is too much for me. In Paris my husband said buy any outfit you want, several times, and I said no.

I had that happen once years ago. I was exercising twice a day a total of about 3 hours. I would even wake up very hungry in the middle of the night so I'd eat a small amount and drink some milk and I was okay. My body adjusted to the weight loss. It was the one time I was in excellent shape (as an adult).

Staying busy physically at work keeps my mind off food. If I work from home or at home it's a lot easier to think about being hungry and being on a diet. If I go to work I take grapes or ice water and I too busy to think about when I get to eat next.

If you did lose that much weight you'd be probably sick and unhealthy. You have to eat to be okay then exercise to balance out what you have eaten.
