Hi! Have you ever tried Michelob Ultra? Its pretty good if you are in an environment where you will be drinking. On the other hand, I gained a lot of weight in college from drinking! :(

Hello! I totally feel you on getting into a routine with a busy schedule. I agree with working with what works for you. Its no easy task. I am a busy body myself. I call it "garbage vegetarians/vegans." I didn't eat meat for about 7 months. However, I know that I need more protein and have about 45lbs to loose. Cutting out red meat is now all I do. I found it WAY too easy to eat bad foods.

I like the fiber one bars, quest bars are a little pricier but yummy! Also, I've made homemade ones before from pinterest that were tasty and on the cleaner side.

Its all about portion control... all of the containers you can code them yourselves and buy them at walmart. Its all about control and modesty in your choices.
