Grilled salmon or tilapia look good. And a salad would work. I usually get the dressing on the side - I can't eat dry salad (that's just me!) Enjoy!!

For me it was a real eye opener!! And it really helps to see the calories in versus the calories out! Losing weight based on that makes realy sense!!

It actually helps me to take a break now and then - and it usually is when I travel - or if I get sick. It makes me ready to get back to measuring and the "details" of this new lifestyle.

Just for today - I will do my strength training. Also like the idea of brushing and flossing teeth after dinner. Evenings are a tough time for me, too. Love this thread.

About the only time I eat FF is when I travel for work - and my options are limited. But I try to choose healthier foods on the menus.

I guess you need to focus on the goal - and realize it is one day, sometimes one meal at a time. And one mess-up is just that - one mess-up!! We are not perfect - mistakes happen - success is moving on and realizing one mistake does not derail us - it can motivate us to do better next time!! I don't have an easy answer to…
