Good morning! Praying for you, Liz! I had a pretty successful day yesterday! Hope you all are doing well this Tuesday.

My goal for October is to move more - at least 5 days/week and give up snacks which I only eat because I am bored and it has been a habit for a long time. I removed my snack foods at home…

Trying to lose 15 lbs before a trip to Disney World in December!

I have relaxed all that I was doing - with eating and with exercise. So - time to get back to it. I got tired of the daily tracking and counting and just focusing so much on this. But it is the only way it works for me.

Losing the last 10 lbs.

Walked 14000 steps yesterday!! Don't think I will match it today - but I'm going to try!!

So my steps are improving!! So glad this group is here!
