I think I will just try to do both. I will have to cut back on cardio to fit it in. I will also look into some other posts. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks, when I weight train it is almost always cardio beforehand. Why does it need to be after?

Good: I am physically stronger and able to run for extended periods of time. I used to loathe exercise and now I get a high from it. Bad: loose skin :( and quickly deflating large breasts. The bigger they were, the harder they fall unfortunately lol
