What mfp percentage do you set your protein to for weight loss? I have about 20 lbs to lose. I'm 5'3" and 153 lbs. I hear it should be higher for weight loss but I don't know what percentage that should be. I have it set right now at 25 %

How did you stop using Splenda/artificial sweeteners in your coffee/tea? It seems to be the only thing I have not been able to give up eating low carb. I am using up to 8 packets of Splenda per day in my coffees and tea. Will this affect weight loss in the long run?

Charge 2 turned off hr function
I have recently turned off my hr function to get more accurate calorie burns on here. I was curious though, would it be beneficial to turn it on only for intentional exercise, or would that mess the calorie burn up further? With the hr on all day it gives me excessive calorie burns.

Russel Stover no sugar chocolates
Do you eat them? How do you count them? They say 32g carbs for ten pieces. 6 g of fiber and 23g of sugar alcohol. I usually subtract fiber from my carb count but what do I do with sugar alcohol?

I have tried strong lifts and have been doing it inconsistently since May. I start and stop it here and there. I think I'm finding it boring. Is there something that is similar with more variety? I have a wedding coming up in February and would love to lose 10 lbs of fat before then.

I work 3 days of long shifts, 13-15 hours per day and have 3 days off in between.
