Yes you definitely have a high stress load and I feel for you. I am glad though to hear that it hasn’t affected your weight loss. 27 lbs is amazing!! I just took my very first 0.25 dose and I can only go up to the 1ml I think because my coverage will not cover wegovy here in Canada. Hopefully all goes well

I love the suzies goodfats bars. They sell them in superstore for 3 dollars and I got a ton of them when they had a sale for 1 dollar off per bar (limit 4) I was the jerk who went through the self checkout for 10 transactions. Anyways.... they taste great but they seem to suck the saliva right out of your mouth! Must be…

Be careful with the quest bars. They had the opposite affect on me. I'm 99% sure they caused me constipation when I eat them. Just my experience. I thought it was weird because they were loaded with fibre.

I'll give this a try. The thought of freeing myself from constant counting sounds amazing. I'm always obsessing about food. It would be nice to focus on other things

If I don't log, how will I know how many carbs I'm eating?
-
This was my result. I made it with 1 cup almond flour and 2 cups carbquick flour. Also substituted hwc for the half and half and used lakanto golden and swerve as the sugars. The crust didn't crisp up resulting in a little soggier dessert than I would have liked, but the flavour it's amazing! I may try the flax and almond…

I started low carb/keto while doing 12-16 hr night shifts and had the same experience. I had energy to spare for sure!

Thanks for the recipe. It looks good, but I'm really wanting to make a custard rhubarb recipe.

Thank you for your responses. Maybe it would just be easier to stick to if I gave myself a higher carb limit and shoot for lower so I'm not constantly failing. I'll send you a friend request Tammy

Maybe you could measure successes differently. Like instead of wanting to lose X amount of weight in a timeframe, try sticking to your macros for two weeks and see how you feel after accomplishing your goal and repeat with a slightly different goal, maybe getting X amount of minutes of your exercise of choice. With this…

Mostly a cardio warrior lol. I just downloaded the Jillian micheals app so I'm going to try to do some strength training.

No noodle lasagna. My kid didn't even realize there wasn't noodles! I used natural select sliced chicken luncmeat as the noodles. It was whole family approved!

I was super moody the other day, everything was irritating me. I was hungry and getting a headache. By the time I got my food home to eat I literally had a meltdown because my hamburger wasn't good. I had a cry and realized I needed salt. I ate some salt with a glass of water and finished my supper off with an avocado…

Thank you all. I'm going to drink tons of water and make my favourite low carb meals to eat for the next few days. I stepped on the scale and was up 5 lbs today. I don't want that trend to continue.

Oh my goodness! I would not have known about those extra carbs and calories! I also don't like stevia very much but maybe I could try the truvia. Weaning myself might be tough because I love the sweet flavour of my coffee.
-
I don't like the taste of stevia in coffee. It is ok in tea though.

Thank you!

50 total, or net?

Ha! That saying struck me as super funny! I have to use that!

I saw an ad for them and got so excited. When I read the nutrition info, the letdown was big.

It turns out I was ok. But on a side note, it was my husbands birthday the same day so later that night I ate a large, sugary cupcake. A sugar bomb to say the least. It was so sweet, yet I still ate the whole thing. Within an hour I was dead tired and went to bed. I woke up with a migraine and nausea like I haven't had in…

Oh no! I ate 7 lol. I hope that doesn't send me running to the toilet

I lost a bunch of weight a couple years ago, low calorie, then I started exercising a ton. Lots of running and cardio. I would eat about 1800-2000 Cals a day. I slowed and then stopped exercising and it feels like I still want to eat that way. I am 5'3" and 160 lbs. I don't know how many calories I can eat and still lose…

I have gotten back to it slowly, I've gone twice and did the de load. I'm glad I did because even with lower weights it was tough. I wish I had a home gym! If I had the money and space I would be all over that. It's my end goal in our next house. Thanks for the inspiration all!
-
Thank you, that may help. I could possibly be hitting a wall too and I may need to de load and try to work up again.
