Stronglifts on a weird schedule

I work 3 days of long shifts, 13-15 hours per day and have 3 days off in between. I have been trying to do stronglifts on the schedule it prescribes but I find I am too fatigued to do it on the days I work. Sometimes going 3-4 days in between lifting workouts. I am finding now that my lifts are feeling way heavier now that I've been skipping workouts. is there a 2- 3 day a week similar workout? Or should I just increase my weights slower like once per week to keep up with good form.

SL app will suggest weights for you. It looks like you can get two days in with one rest day between.
I may fit in a third day of ascending lifts to maintain the base I built the previous two days. For instance, 1x10, 1x8, 1x5, 1x3, 1x1. I may adjust the sets/reps depending on energy level. It wouldn't be following the SL program but I think it could help with strength progression.0 -
Thank you, that may help. I could possibly be hitting a wall too and I may need to de load and try to work up again.0
