April 2 64kg (FFS) So the beachbody programs I do incorporate dumbbells, I can’t get to the gym so this is all I can use, plus body weight resistance, and resistance loops, they definitely help with toning and as I will be consistent, I’ll be buying heavier dumbbells. My target this month is going to be 62kg.

5th March 65kg 9th March 63.7kg Some of the excess came off, but then daughters birthday happened and then I drank birthday gin. I must try harder!!! Goal weight for this month needs to be aggressive, so I’m going for 62kg.

Hi, I'm 40 in 10 days!! I've been using MFP for just over a year consistently, I have only about 2kg to lose, but struggling with motivation. Have just signed up for a half marathon in September, hoping this will help with the last stubborn few kgs. Feel free to add me :)

Another not so great week, not really sure what’s going on with me, I just can’t focus, I’ve upped my calories to maintenance to see if it helps my mind. I’m doing this too, although mine will take more like 100 days as I don’t work out everyday. I’ve done 3 days so far and really like it. I’m not doing the timed nutrition either as I would struggle with that. @jenV24 I’m using an Apple Watch

@mmurph102 I use beachbody workouts at home, I think they’re really good. You can get beachbody on demand which is £100 for a years subscription to all of their programs. HTH
