Today’s weigh in 135.8lbs this is the lowest weight I’ve been since 2009 :) so pretty happy with that, not actually sure what my goal weight is, I’m not really planning on losing much more, would like to tone more and this weight is the highest I want to go. Well done to everyone :)

Last night I did week 7 arms and abs, couldn't complete it as I'd eaten my meal too late and was feeling a bit sick :/ today has been a LISS day 8.4km run :)

Hi everyone, I've missed weigh in this week as my period arrived and I was too bloated and it would have made me miserable. Unfortunately I've taken advantage of the witch being here and overindulged :o at a party tonight, so tomorrow is a new healthy day :)

Just did arms and abs, only had time for half of it today as I'm going to work soon, but at least I've done something :) I'll try and do the other half later in the week!!

Today was supposed to be legs, but I've walked 20,000 steps and so I'm going to give my legs a rest!!

Week 5 total body today, found it a struggle today, didn't sleep well last night, so wonder if that was part of it??

@2tall4thisworld my weight is up and down all of the time, I get to a good weight and then relax and it goes back on, I really struggle with it too. Please don't be embarrassed about gaining, by putting it 'on paper' so to speak at least you're admitting it and now you can move on.

My below waist area is where I carry my fat, it is starting to go, but I'm just impatient!!

On Monday I did week 4 legs and half of arms and abs week 5, I wanted to complete week 4 first as week 5 seems so much more!! Last night I did a 7K run

My first weigh in of the month is disappointing, I'm 139.4lb today. I'm struggling so much with losing, I wish I didn't care what the scales say, but I do, it's not just that though, I am still unhappy with my below waist section. I guess I just need to persevere. I'm the same with motivation too, at the moment I'm quite motivated, this morning I've signed up to run 50 miles over the month of September!! That'll be a huge achievement if I manage it!! Well done on your run @KelseyRL

Hi @KelseyRL I don't do the exercises on the planned days always, some days I work until late and don't get chance, so do them on the days I have time.

@pupsalot you've done brilliant, everyone is different when it comes to exercise, that's why there's so many programs out there. I really like insanity and T25. Yesterday was week 3 arms and abs, I struggle so much with this day.

End of my second proper week, I've done total body today, I did struggle as I had a slight hangover.

I'm hopefully doing arms & abs tonight providing my shoulder is ok, slept on it most of last night and its a bit achy today
