Not had a great week this week, and the scales reflect this, I've adjusted my goals this morning so that I try and lose 1lb per week. What other workouts do you do if any? This week I'm doing 3 BBG workouts and maybe a run or a T25 workout. This evening I'll be doing total body BBG, still aching from other workouts so I know it will be tough!

@muffinsandcakes do you mean you keep starting then stopping? How long have you been doing it? Arms and abs for me tonight, it was hard work, my upper body strength is very poor.

Hey @Piqueaboo I did day 1 week 1 too, legs for me, very much hard work!! I just use my outside step, think I'll stick with that for now. Hope you feel ok after your workout

Hi girls, glad I've found this group. I started BBG about 6-7 weeks ago, but took 3 weeks off, had a holiday and last week I was just too tired. I've completed the beginner weeks, so my plan is to do BBG week 1 starting tomorrow. Do you all have the equipment that you're supposed to use? I don't have a bench or a medicine…

Hi everyone. Pretty happy with this week, I've been under calories every day this week and my holiday weight has gone. 31/7 140lb 5/8 137.2lb I haven't done any exercise this week because I'm so tired after holiday, am going to start over again on Monday. Have a good weekend

Fantastic starting post. I'm back from my holidays and have gained 3lbs in a week, which I'm fine about I enjoyed myself and ate and drank what I wanted pretty much. My goal for this month is 136, which sounds like a lot, but am hoping the holiday weight will go soon. 31st July 141lbs

I've had a 4lb weight gain this week!! I'm really unhappy with it, I did have cake and celebrated my daughters 5th birthday last weekend, but not sure I deserve that!!! 6th July 136 13th July 140

Yay someone else!! My bum and legs ached so much after legs. I did arms and abs last night and that was so hard, I haven't got much upper body strength.

I have just started this a week ago, I love it already, I've been exercising for months, but this is making me ache so much, must be doing something!!

I also work almost full time, have a 5 year old and 3 year old. I work out on an evening once they've gone to bed, sometimes me and my husband do a workout together other times I do it on my own while he goes for a run. My routines are usually 40 minutes at the most.

Thank you. I'm only going on it for a few months over summer, my husband had a vasectomy so don't need it for contraception, just to stop my periods for a few months.
