Well if you read my statements, it's simply to here from others and to see if if something that I can twitch to my diet.. And as I stated, she did it through shakes and I don't really care for them. Well she lost 22 the first 2 weeks and I know she did because we would talk to each other and go walking with each other.. I'm losing weight by exercising and tracking calories, but once again my question isn't about that.. People it's very simple if it doesn't apply to you then don't respond!!!!

Usually. with low carb I see results very quickly!!! I know that I just have to continue and it will come but it's just so discouraging when others are losing

Thanks!!! I have been tracking my calories for a month and nothing, I'm set for 1600 calories per day and sometimes I'm under, just getting discouraged because I should have loss something by now!! But I'm hanging in there walking and just started cize workout program by Shaun T.
