Hi Everyone! My name is Julie. Although I joined this group a little while ago, today is my first day trying OMAD! I need a change! I already had my meal so we'll see how the evening goes. I may need to switch the time around. I currently weigh 203 (5'3") and my goal is 150.

I am in. Exercise 3 times a week. Keep carbs under 80. Drink more water. Not bad goals for 28 days.

Turkey bacon, avocado, three egg omelette with asparagus, green peppers, red peppers, cheese. Hot sauce on top. Don't judge the hot sauce please! :wink:

Welcome back! Today is my first day back on LCHF and journaling with MFP. I am already over my carb count but at least I know why now. Tomorrow is a new day.

I'm way late but I'm in. I'll be happy if I get close to 10 lbs lost by March 17th. I'm adding in daily tracking and 8 glasses of water daily. CW: 186 GW: 176
