    Let me say my legs are huuuurrrting lol so I guess that means its working! I am scared for day 3 but I am doing it!!! how is everyone doing?

    I definitely feel your pain! Especially since I'm incorporating this into my other workout program, I can feel it working. Haha no pain, no gain right? Keep at it girl

    Are the lunges that number on each leg? Or divided between the two?
    Ya, one "set" is one per leg/arm/whatever.
    So do that number on each leg for the lunges.

    hmmm...I did 1 per leg. you will kill yourself if you do the count per leg. (Example: I did 10 lunges total on day 1, 5 each leg. )

    I usually do weighted lunges and maybe I've been doing them wrong, but I do 1 per leg. So its:

    right1, left1, right2, left2, right3, left3, etc....

    welp, then I would be a huge bowl of jell-o lol. I say, do what works best for you, either way is better then no way!

    I get that and agree. Just was curious what common practice is. Because either I am doing twice as much as what I should be or you are doing half as much lol.

    A day behind but I finished day 1! I was going to do days 1 and 2 but I had just finished couch to 5K day 2 and my legs are shot!

    I did the insanity version of this and got sciatica :( I've recovered now and am fit but that was the worst experience of my life and so painful . had to use crutches for 2 months because I was paralyzed on one side

    Day 2 completed! However, I'm on day 3 of t25 & doing this challenge after completing t25 is killer haha

    I'm down to adding this to my daily routine. I'm up at night and sleep during the day. I'll catch up the first couple days between today and tomorrow tho.

    I've been doing the insanity workout for two months now & the daily burn cardio sculpt workout. I also go the gym everyday, plus I ride bike. I go up & down 8 flights of stairs for 30 minutes everyday and so far so good.. I was 246 pounds, and I already lost 30 pounds.. I'm so happy to try this out too, so let's do this challenge together & stay motivated... "Dig Deeper" like Shawn T says & never give up cause in the long run it will be well worth it..
