I have to say this is intense! Walking up the stairs, down the stairs, I felt it all weekend long. I am going to have to make up for missing day 3 and 4 today. Wish me good luck! I am not giving up on this challenge!0

I'm in. Klutzy and I stink at lunges, but if I really can't do them will do high knees instead.0

It was posted on the 25th, so I am counting that as day 1. That would make today, the 29th, Day 5.0 -
I'd like to join. Knowing each of you are also participating may make me actually do it! What do these exercises target? Legs? Tummy?0

I totally feel you, I even feel it sitting down/standing up.

Finished day 5 this morning and then went for a 12 mile hike; I don't think I will be able to walk tomorrow.0

Finished Day 5. Starting to feel it now. "Might" do day 6 this evening.0

Lunges and Squats generally target legs, hips, and butt. Jumping Jacks target calves, hips, shoulder, and core. #Google0 -

Week 1 is done. I hate lunges and squats so much now. But I'm going to keep moving forward.0

I tapped out on the lunges. I also do a ton of walking and jogging everyday, and have kept up with the JJ and squats. Lunges hurt my knees but still doing what I can!0

Day 5 and 6 done. My legs are so weak right now lol. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day.0

Little behind, but finished with week 10

Finished week 2; I fell behind after taking the weekend off, but pounded out all of week 2 before realizing that tomorrow was supposed to be day 6.0

Done with week 2, days 1 2 and 3. That puts me two days behind. Gonna try and get caught up and finished with week 2 by the 9th.
Also Nakaiki, I could be wrong (but don't think I am), but tomorrow is day 5 of week 2. July 2nd was day 7 week 1. That makes the 9th, day 7 week 2.0
