When I got my fit bit zip I weighed 155. I have tweaked my diet (cut out cokes and junk food) and all I do is walk. I can walk up to 10 miles a day. Two years later I'm 125-130. Overall I'm down 55+ pounds.

My car accident was in July 2015. I have 3 herniated discs in my neck and two bulging discs in my lower back. They tell me I can walk.

You don't look like you need to lose anymore weight. You look great to me!

I've lost 50+ in the last two years by walking. I did change my eating habits as well. Cut out Cokes and other junk.

My husband did not join me on my weight loss journey. As he watched me lose the weight he felt inspired to lose weight too. You keep on doing you're thing. Your husband may come around at some point. All you can do is be supportive and encouraging.

Good for you!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I weigh myself daily. Yes my weight fluctuates, that's ok. Weighing daily keeps me on track as opposed to weighing once a week or every two weeks and wondering why I gained weight.

I'm 5'1 43yrs old SW:181 GW:135, Did that! My 2nd goal weight is 128 and I am sooo close. I could probably get lower but I think this will be a comfortable weight for me. I feel that the low 100's would be hard for me to maintain. I'm just not willing to do the work. I've lost 50+ just by walking 3-9 miles daily.

I've gotten very close to my goal weight by walking, hand weights and logging my food. I have bad knees so I just do standing exercises.

Target C9 come in petite length. The fabric bothers me though.
