It seems like you're not getting enough fiber. Maybe try having a high fiber cereal like All-Bran for breakfast.

Trying adding protein powder shakes to your diet. Protein powder has really helped me to up the protein in my diet. Also low-fat (light) cheese is great too. I also eat cottage cheese and lentils.

I try to focus on getting lots of fibre and protein. I like egg white omelets and All-Bran cereal with almond milk.
