Don't give up. Try not to set targets so far in advance. I did mine my small achievable amounts. At the back of my mind is an overall target but you can't climb a mountain in one step.

I go for the instant oatmeal sachets and add some blueberries or bananas. Not as good as made yourself but good for portion control

It is about changing your life. You need to rearrange it so you have more control. Don't buy food in bulk only what is needed for the weeks meals. It can be anything. Clothes or smelting you really need. Just put it off until you make a realistic target level

I find it doesn't have to be much but the little rewards help. Perhaps if you wanted some new thing (phone etc) put it off until you reach a weight. I did this for headphones. Kept me going.

Found the same here - a few less pounds makes all the difference on your legs.

I have managed over 4 stone so far on my own. It gets harder the more you loose. But it has to be worth it!

It's not about distance or speed. There is always someone faster or runs further. It's about self respect.
