I am going to celebrate and enjoy. I will eat slow and enjoy each bite; when I am full, I will stop. I'm not counting calories on holidays, but it will be different than the past because I don't plan on binging.

I've always found that when I've lost weight due to a caloric deficit without working out, I'm thin, but not toned...it's not cute lol. But yes, you CAN lose weight without working out based only on nutrition.

If you eat under 1200 cals, it won't show you how much you'll weigh. I really like this feature. I think it's a good way to keep from encouraging under eating as a weight loss technique.

Accept that you are a 30 something mom :-) It's a beautiful new stage of life. Moisturize, dress in style for your size and age, stay out of the sun as others have said, drink lots of water, and eat healthfully. Age with grace is the best we can do. I have a very intense job and a baby, so most of my work out is done during my lunchbreak. I catch an earlier bus and get off about 6 blocks from the office for a brisk walk. I then walk up and down the stairwell of ten flights three times, doing burpees/squats/push ups in between levels (our stairwell is not used at all…

I love the treadmill, especially for burning off work stress. I slightly set the incline and have seen a huge difference in my booty shape.

Speculoos cookies from Trader Joes 2 = 75 calories. I drink a cup of Black Tea with Chai spices at 0 calories and it is such a nice treat!

You are maintaining your weight loss so you are eating the calories you need to maintain and not lose. Review your log very carefully over the past few months to see what you can cut out. You may be set at a higher calorie limit than you are truly burning off.

I make my own dressings and I add cooked vegetables to my uncooked greens. It mixes it up and tastes super yummy. I also find that a "chopped" salad with tons of different veggies mixes it up when I get tired of leaf lettuce/spring mix/romaine, etc.

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I ended up getting veggie spring rolls and did not eat the peanut sauce. And I took everyone's advice on pho without noodles (chicken). I also did what you described and it took me 2 1/2 years to lose 40 pounds. Recently I decided, "I'm done," and am staying within my calorie goal daily and exercising daily. I think the important thing is to enjoy life in a healthy way. I'm happy that it took me that long. I"m also happy that I stepped it up.
