  • My goal is to lose 1lbs a week so 500 calories below shouldn't be too bad as I read somewhere losing 2lbs a week is healthy. And in terms of the way I phrased 'binging', I think I should say I'm not constantly eating, but rather eating 4-5 small unhealthy meals a day.

  • What can I eat that would allow me to remain under 1840 calories and yet consume 130-140g of protein per day for: Lunch: Snack: Tea: Snack: Dinner: Snack (maybe): All food has to be readily made and can be eaten cold and is available from any major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's. Thanks for the advice all :)
