  • I usually step on the scale during the week and avoid during weekends. My Fitbit automatically averages my weight each week so I can see the progress despite the day-to-day fluctuations-- this average is the number I care the most about and what I would recommend doing if you want to step on it every morning!

  • Every day is a new chance! I recently ate a family-sized bag of chips in one day, felt guilty, then felt guilty when I no longer felt guilty, etc. Things happen!
