I've been losing weight with out it, just wanted to try and add a few back into my diet. Thanks for your recommendations and help though.

No, I don't take any meds for IR. I also happen to have hypothyroidism, so I do take meds for that.

Yea I just avoid sugar and limit my intake of carbs also. I'd rather just be on the safe side and not take in any extra sugars. Maybe sugars okay in moderation but I don't really need it.

Saw a video of someone using mushroom caps as pizza crust for pizza...hmmm. Might be better than cauliflower to me.

Yes cauliflower has carbs but it's meniscal compared to grains. I can eat lots of cauliflower and my insulin will not jump anywhere near it would, if I ate a slice of bread.
