Well, I'm feeling successful this week (though I haven't worked out like I used to) I have stuck to my cleanse and not cheated! Finishing today then back to my "new normal" So, today I will successfully complete the cleanse exercise (I swear I will) log all the food drink and log all my water

It is interesting how our psyche as well as perhaps some magical thinking allows us to get ourselves into trouble. Working out has been my downfall lately. Just can't seem to get my motivation up again. However, I"m determined to use the gym at the hospital when I get there.

So, I just checked my settings at it had me is the Pacific time zone so I changed that to Central, but that didn't fix the problem. Should have known since even in the pacific time zone it's already "today"

Well, I didn't log my water but I got em all in. One way to tell is the number of times during the night I have to get up to use the restroom. EEKKKK. I am doing well on this cleanse so far (of course it's just day 2) and I'm feeling better. It's amazing how poorly one can feel when you start eating the way you used to…

Today I will Start my 5 day cleanse (protein, veggies, grapefruit) Log all my foods Drink all my water no.....drink AND LOG all my water exercise with hubby (he says he's ready to start working out with me again). Exercise even if hubby doesn't

Met all goals yesterday. Today I am heading out of town but I have brought healthy food to eat and will only eat out one meal per day. So for my today and weekend goals, I will exercise at least an hour a day and will track all food (even the bad stuff). EEEKKKKK

Well, I did eat the bottom crumbs of a bag of ruffles potato chips but other than that, I did all of my goals for yesterday. Today I will Eat the foods I brought from home Not stop for food on the way home Exercise Track Track Track

I think that would be a very good idea. My usual workouts entail well, mowing right now, but also various "videos" on Daily Burn. It does cardio etc so I believe I would be able to meet a cardio, strength (not sure what flex) goals. It seems like others in the group are pretty active also. I worry that if we have some now…

My today I will is becoming repetitive however, I totally avoided my "today I will" and did a lot of yesterday I shouldn't have. But today is a new day. I will NOT eat food that is not on my healthy list I will track all food I will mow mother in law's front yard Fingers crossed and feeling dedicated (at this moment)

Wow. That's all I have is....WOW. I have a cushy job compared to you guys. I manage a counseling program for geriatric patients. My worst nightmare is if a facility gets mad at us or a van goes down (we provide transportation also). Even when I was waiting tables, I didn't have that kind of nonsense.

Time to get back on track. I do so well during the week and though I don't do as poorly as I used to on weekends, it's still difficult to eat appropriately. So happy that you were able to do some good with your old scale. I come from a family of heavy people and I know how hard it is to change poor eating habits across a family system. Hopefully, she'll get back to feeling better about herself. We'll pray that a new job comes her way!

Well, I didn't go out with my coworkers due to family crisis (not my family crisis) So i didn't eat as poorly as I originally thought I might. I did exercise at the hospital I did get all my water in and I logged all my foods. Today I will Exercise at the office get in all my 8000 steps log all my foods drink all my water

I had been weighing in on my WiiFit and due to some malfunction, it's not working anymore so I changed to my regular scale. What I did was log in the regular scale's results and just plan on using that scale. It may initially show a gain or loss, but once you use it consistently, it will even itself out.
