I have to eat breakfast, and it HAS to include meat or dairy. Otherwise I get the munchies until I eat, and if I don't get meat I get super depressed. Now it used to be I could just do green tea and a banana, or skip entirely. As I get older that doesn't work so much. My dad never eats breakfast. My husband eats tons of…

It's the coffee. I drink black coffee or add 2% milk, so there's nothing else that could be doing it. I get to bed fairly early, but some days class doesn't let out till after 7, and I got an hour commute. That wears me out pretty bad.

I don't think it does. You usually hear about it, where someone says they started drinking it and they lost weight, but this can usually be explained by something else. Examples of such would be they replaced soda with the tea, or they made other dietary changes at the same time.

between 5'8" and 5'9" and 235 pounds. Wear an 18L. I can fit a 16L, but 18's with a curvy cut are a bit more comfy.

So there are a few questions, each type of binge eating (that I have dealt with) comes from a different place. Cravings? Are you depriving yourself of chocolate/sweets/whatever? The best way I found to deal with this is to buy small single serving desserts. Don't eat any sweets through the day, and let yourself have the…

So according to doctors it should be around 150. However when I get that thin I look scary. Like very scary. My husband says if I get that thin again he's force feeding me chocolate cake. So a more realistic goal with my build would be around 170-ish. That would be losing most of the extra fat I have and keeping all the…

today it was two scrambled eggs with some sharp cheddar cheese. If I have a class in the morning it's a boiled egg and a fruit with some green tea.

Bony fish. Apparently if you have the allergy it's a toss up between shellfish and bony fish. I got lucky. I can still eat my weight in shrimp, but more than a bite or two of tuna or salmon and I get to have a really crummy evening. It might just be an aversion, but either way I can't eat it.

I did it over the summer. I couldn't get to the university gym and so I tried them. I'm fairly solitary. When I go to the gym I zone out and pay no attention to anyone else. They are less neurotic about me working out in cargo shorts and work shirt. They don't seem to care if I put propel powder in my water (the university…

Chocolate, cider, and cheeseburgers. And I won't eat beets. Or cottage cheese. The smell makes me gag.

breakfast: Eggs and fruit lunch: salad with dried fruit and maybe some small meat (ham bites for examlple) dinner: steak and potatoes and veggies That'll usually add up to about 800-1000 calories (I'm pretty neurotic about portions), then I have an ice cream or a cider or something. I hate cooking though, so that's part of…

Be careful, because you need protein. I'm not going to say DON'T cut back on meat, I don't know your body. Maybe it will do OK with less meat. Mine can't. But let's assume that yours can. I would recommend nuts, eggs if you are fine with those, milk, cheese, anything to make up the protein that you are losing. Or do you…

Pre-diet breakfast: a hot pocket, large diet soda, and a donut. Now I have a hard boiled egg and a fruit. I eat on the way to work or class, so mainly I eat what is convenient.

Skinny cow. Individual servings at moderate calories. Yes!
-
I have like a bagel or something before. If I don't I get really tired and have trouble going through with it. But if I have anything sugary or fatty I get nauseous.
-
Roast beef I put in the slow cooker for eight hours with some mixed veggies. Had it with baked potato.

Don't keep it in the house. And log. Actually logging and keeping track of your food makes you very aware of how much you're eating. And depending on the junk I don't see why you can't have it. Just log and keep in moderation.

I found skinny cow ice cream. Low cal, and individually wrapped so I get one serving and done. Plus since I still eat ice cream I don't feel deprived.

When I changed diets I noticed a change in complexion and hair quality. Have you been monitoring your nutrients such as vitamin intake? Has your fat and protein to carb ratio changed?

Beets. I thought I'll try some salads, they're supposed to be good for you. So I tried a few. Yuck. Beets. I hate beets. I've had disgusting protein bars that taste like concrete. I've tried shakes with funky after tastes. But in my attempt to lose weight beets are the worst tasting things I've tried.

Well there's carbonated water with some flavoring or without. Those are good. I also get single packets of instant tea or juice to put in my water bottle. 10 calories a packet for 16-20 oz.

I'm attending professional school for engineering and have very little time to myself. Cooking is just a waste of time that I could be spending sleeping or just having a moment to myself. I also work in a lab, which is dirty and tedious work. I just want to knock off my boots, put my jeans in the wash and veg. When I do…

At the end of May when I last had a good scale it was 226, but according to the one I have at home it was closer to 230. Now the one at home says 214. So ten-ish is a good estimate. In two weeks a better estimate.

When I got down to around 140 I was scary. Like see bones scary. I was weak, most of the strength in my upper body was gone and a bunch in my lower body as well. It didn't stop being scary until I upped my calorie intake and got up to 170-180. And while it was soft I got a lot stronger.

This is one of those things I've been wondering too. I've turned off my pedometer in my phone cause it eats batteries but four days a week I walk 7-10 miles for work (today about 8). Then I go home and pass out.

Spot reduction is a myth. Start doing some strength training as well, it will help your shape.

I can't cook either. You can buy pre-bagged salads then put them in a Tupperware with some craisins or something. No work! There's also eggs. Boil 'em and eat them later. Scramble them. Like no prep time and they can be good on the go. Seared meat. Get home and don't wanna cook? Heat up a skillet and sear a steak then open…

Might want to mention the truck is running, so it's about 80 in the truck. Not horrible, but not someplace I would keep milk.
-
That's odd. It should. Have you checked your settings? Or are you doing strength and just putting in as strength? Because for that you need to add each exercise as it is under the strength thingy then the total time added in cardio as "strength training"

I have achey joints from old injuries. I'd like to get to a point where they aren't hurting due to the excess weight.
