OP- when I gave up alcohol - the first few weeks I was more anxious- but that’s because I was having some wine each night to calm down after work. It took about a month to even out and my sleep and energy have never been better. That’s my personal experience.

Flavored sparkling water or infuse your own- cut up a few cucumbers and throw in some berries.

If you are into baking- a teaspoon/TBS or oat fiber is a great add in. Chia in puddings, flax seed in shakes.

Lots of people use it for calorie counting - when I downloaded it - it highlighted it as a tracking app for whatever you would like to track. I track workouts and measurements currently. I don’t do as much calorie counting anymore.
