I’m on a low glycemic diet - I bake goods- but use no sugar and i use lower glycemic flours. Instead of cake - how about a lighter mousse? Instead of a donut how about a lighter crepe?

Staples I always have in our house: Eggs Greens-spinach, kale, chard Cauliflower Chicken Salmon - smoked or fresh I find the above versatile and quick to make!

Ciao, perche? Why? All my husbands family is in Roma- this is the base for caprese salad no? Pasta and balsamic? (Add in bufala mozz, etc) On our boxes it says 85 grams is the recommended portions.. but who is counting? :)

Same here / thyroid condition and my endocrinologist said no prob to have a few servings of tofu/soy products per week.

@ OP - I poach or roast chicken - if you have access to a convection roast button on your stove- game changer! It stays really moist. Whole birds also cook a lot faster in convection roast mode. Yes to all three! I have bison and venison regularly. I’ve only had Elk a handful of times. It’s a special order from my butcher shop. I actually prefer venison to beef. Re : quail - it’s very tasty- I’ll add pheasant to that list of items I think the gang may like. :)

Nah, for me cheat days lead to yo-yoing. For me it’s not worth it. A few hundred calories is one thing - a smorgasbord is another. 🤗

Whenever they want :) It’s all personal preference. I find shaved underarms on men more appealing then with hair. 🤗 Legs— I find more masculine with hair but if they like to go buff- more power to them!

I did - but that was a million pages ago :) Herbs de Provence lover here! I bought mine in Provence too and just used it all up- bittersweet. It’s great on everything isn’t it? Aleppo pepper is my next purchase!

I do 2 measurements. I do a natural waist measurement - which is the narrowest part of your waist and a lower waist measurement which is at the belly button. If you are measuring for a hip to waist ratio - I use belly button. Hope that helps!
