  • Hi @Mshagla8687 - I love me some veggie shakes! I also use kale, spinach, etc and it comes out no where near 100 carbs. My shakes are always under 20. I think if you measure the greens and make your own custom recipe - your be happy to notice it’s decently lower in carbs than you thought! Happy veggie drinking! 🤗
  • Most dry red wines have 4-5 carbs per 5oz glass. Chianti, Cabernet, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Burgandy, Tempranillo... These are my go tos. So long as you count the carbs one can stay in ketosis. I typically have 2 glasses with no problems.

  • Saffron! Poach chicken with some sweet cream butter and grey sea salt. Sprinkle some saffron on the chicken - let saffron ‘bloom’ in the moisture from the chicken....smells and tastes wonderful!
